Manufacturing Engineering Operative - FULL TRAINING GIVEN PERMANENT ndash; Immediate Starts GBP24,943 per annum (GBP12.30 per hour) 6am ndash; 2.30pm Mon to Thurs 6am ndash; 11.45am Fri = 39hrs per week LEEDS Our client based near Yeadon, Leeds, West Yorkshire are looking to recruit Sheet Metal Operatives (Full Training Given). The successful candidate will be required to work across all areas of the Sheet Metal Department which will include Lagging, Paint Plant and General duties. The ideal candidate will have worked in manufacturing previously, however full training will be given for this role. Previous experience is not essential for this role, but it will require someone who is physically fit and quick to learn new tasks. Day to day duties will include: -Working in the Paint Plant -Loading units into the Machines to Powder Coat/Paint them -Lagging work on all built units -Moving stock around the Sheet Metal area -General/Ad hoc tasks Key skills required include: -Experience using Hand Held and Power Tools -Good attention to detail -Physically fit -Ability to think on your feet -Quick Learner -Not afraid of repeated tasks/jobs Day shifts are 6am to 2.30pm from Mon to Thurs 6am - 11.45am Fri = 39 hours per week.
