Authorised Person, (SSE) Category 3A Electrically biased Power Networks, Transmission Distribution GBP350 per day, CIS or Umbrella 6 months+ Reading, Berkshire Melksham, Wiltshire Job Ref: J(phone number removed) Supervise a working party in an exposed, live HV substation, open bus bar compound. What is the Role? In this role you will be responsible for supervising works on the on the electricity network. Ensuring construction work is completed within specific time frames and the network is restored to normal as soon as possible. You will be part of the team that is involved in the delivery of construction projects in line with agreed KPI #39;s, including all plant and equipment (both electrical and mechanical) ensuring it is operating within designated limits. You will assist the maintenance team with switching out the network and restoration switching within authorisation level, including planning on how, when and where all works will take place. You will be an ambassador when interacting with external and internal customers. What do I need? Knowledge of the UK Electrical Distribution Network. You will be an Authorised Person with SSE Category 3A A high regard for safety with strong customer service skills. A full UK driving licence and flexible approach to working hours and work location is a must.
