Quantity surveyor

Opus People Solutions are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a Property Design Services business in central Ipswich. As a Quantity Surveyor you will support the business by providing cost estimation and management services and managing contractual documentation for project delivery. We are looking for candidates that have: A relevant degree or proven experience in Quantity Surveying A clear understanding and experience of Cost Value Reporting Experience managing Contractors works and packages Cost interrogation experience Effective communication skills across a range of contacts Ability to work effectively under pressure JCT and/or NEC experienceThe good bits, the benefits: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing to 26 after a year of service 2 months full sick pay plus an additional 2 months half sick pay Royal London Salary Sacrifice Pension Scheme Lifeworks Staff discount scheme.
