What You rsquo;ll Do: * Set up and operate press machines to ensure optimal performance and quality output. * Interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine machine settings and adjustments. * Program tooling to meet specific production requirements and optimize efficiency. * Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to keep equipment running smoothly. * Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of orders. * Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards to maintain a safe and productive work environment. What they are looking For: * Proven experience as a Press Setter Operator. * Proficiency in tooling programming and machine setup. * Strong technical understanding of press machines and manufacturing processes. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Commitment to safety and quality in the workplace.
