Here #39;s some of the great things you #39;ll get to do: * Coaching and support your learners throughout their programme (inc EPA) * Providing Functional Skills support to your learners where needed * Observing learners (virtually) to help gather high quality evidence * Supporting IQA activities as required * Completing peer to peer moderation and observation * Monitoring your learners attendance and OTJ hours * Carrying out remote learner sessions and reviews * Maintaining documentation on learners rsquo; progress and ensuring audit compliance
