The Housing Association in question are smaller than most, and this Asset Manager position will be the final piece of the puzzle for them. What will you be doing? You will work autonomously, producing programmes of works using energy efficiency (EPC ratings) and stock condition data for the housing stock. With a mix of leasehold, shared ownerships, and co-ops you will have the chance to work on a varied housing portfolio. What do they need from you? Previously experience working as an Asset Manager or a Project Manager is desirable. If you rsquo;ve used Keystone or Northgate that would be beneficial. An MRICS or MCIOB qualification would also be an advantage. If you live in London, Kent, Essex or other surrounding areas you can easily get to this Housing Associations office when needed.
