Housing Night Concierge Exciting Opportunity: Supported housing Location: Bath Contract: Permanent Shifts - 4 on 4 off, 7 PM - 3 AM About the Role: * Bath * 4 on 4 off, 7 PM - 3 AM * Weekend and bank holidays included * Please note that the shifts and hours are waking nightshifts that require individuals to be aware and alert throughout the duration The Role: This role is responsible for the support, safety and security of our residents at our supported accommodation working between the hours of 7:00 pm and 3:00 am on a shift pattern. Typically working alone you will be completing regular building checks, monitoring CCTV and going on regular patrols, to prevent any anti-social behaviour from impacting our neighbours and/or other residents. You will receive a full induction, extensive training and regular management support so you can carry our your role to the highest standard! Responsibilities include: * Maintain the safety and security of the building and its facilities therefore ensuring the adequacy of the accommodation is not compromised for clients * Provide a fist point of contact for the #39;on call #39; system, to ensure that clear and concise information is detailed to the #39;on call support worker #39; * Maintain full and accurate log of events during the shift * Actively ensure the security of the building, monitoring CCTV and patrolling at regular intervals * In the absence of cleaning staff, carry out any cleaning duties of all common areas Qualifications / Requirements: * Experience working with vulnerable adults and/or people with complex needs * Experience in a similar overnight role is preferred but not required as full training and induction will be given We are looking for dedicated, passionate candidates that want to a join a fantastic charity that have a great reputation in South West UK If the above sounds like you, we want to hear from you
