Job Advert: Office Admin/Customer Service Location: Newburn Industrial Estate, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE15 9RT Salary: From GBP23,795.00 per year Job Type: Full-time Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8am - 5pm Friday: 8am - 4pm About the Role Are you an experienced customer service professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Admin/Customer Service role with our reputable client based in Newburn, Newcastle upon Tyne. Join a long-standing and respected group where you can enhance your skills and grow your career. Key Responsibilities Taking Inbound Calls: Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately. Customer Queries: Respond to customer inquiries via email with accuracy and professionalism. Liaison with Production Team: Communicate effectively with the production team to ensure customer requirements are met. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with customers, keeping them informed about order progress. Payment Processing: Handle card payments securely and efficiently. Document Management: File and maintain internal documents to ensure smooth administrative operations. Ideal Candidate Profile Customer Service Skills: Proven experience in a customer service role with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Writing Skills: Excellent written communication skills for clear and concise email correspondence. Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work both independently and within a team. Initiative: Ability to take initiative and solve problems proactively.
