A multi-disciplinary construction consultancy has a unique opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be seconded out to a Council 2 days a week, with the remainder of your time WFH. The Senior Quantity Surveyor #39;s Role The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work in Woking for the council, where you will provide a full quantity surveying service in harmony with the Council #39;s internal processes. Day to day, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be involved in: Managing costs and budgets Providing forecasts Valuations Measuring Payment certificationThe Senior Quantity Surveyor Happy to commute to Woking 2 days a week / 10 days a month Be seconded out to a council for the above time frame each month Experience of working with local authorities / public sector bodies Pre and post contract experience Hold a Quantity Surveying degree or similarIn Return?
