Participate in departmental meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development sessions. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK. A degree in Science or a related subject. Proven experience teaching Science at secondary school level. Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment methods. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to inspire and motivate students with diverse backgrounds and abilities.
