They offer a comprehensive range of property services, including block management, commercial / residential (build to rent) and financial services. Managing a vast portfolio of residential and commercial units across most of London, they are committed to delivering exceptional service with integrity. Contractor Manager - Responsibilities: * Ensure all contractors engaged by the team adhere to the company Contractor Agreement and are registered with Safe Contractor or Property Mark * Verify legal certification, including Public Liability Insurance, and ensure that all necessary documentation meets compliance standards for contractors * Identify and engage new contractors as needed, fostering ongoing relationships to ensure a reliable network of service providers * Assist Property Managers in addressing complaints against contractors, analyse recurring issues and implement measures to minimise future occasions * Maintain an up-to-date database of overdue invoices and provide support to resolve any queries promptly * Regularly report on invoicing status to management and conduct monthly debt meetings with property team Contractor Manager ndash; Person Profile: * Residential lettings (AST) property management experience * Significant experience and focus on managing 3rd party contractors and projects. * Experience in dispute resolution, problem solving and implementing concepts to reduce complaints * Outstanding communication skills with team and stakeholder management experience * Passionate about delivering excellent customer service * Good working knowledge of excel is important * ARLA qualifications desired, but not essential, supported by company Residential Property Manager - Package: * Salary: GBP36,000 + quarterly bonus (OTE GBP38k) * Location: Based in South West London with occasional travel across portfolio. * Hybrid working opportunities post probation (2 days per week) * Healthcare, travel and dental insurance * Retail and entertainment discounts For more information, please contact James Hanson for a confidential chat about this role as a Contractor Manager.
