Solor is a Black Women led boutique agency which provides support and membership services to niche groups and communities. Recently more tech focused we require someone to work with us across all of our business interests to support launch and / or growth. We are looking for a dynamic Digital and Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our Marketing Strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working in the Social Care, Personal Relationships and Recruitment space and should have experience of marketing to niche audiences and communities. **Key Responsibilities:** **Content Creation and Management:** - Develop, curate, and manage high-quality content for social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). - Write and design engaging posts, blogs, articles, newsletters, communications materials, and material for social media channels. - Create, edit, and distribute multimedia content such as videos, infographics, and images. **Social Media Strategy:** - Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy. - Define the most important social media KPIs. - Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies. **Campaign Management:** - Manage and oversee social media content campaigns. - Measure the success of every social media campaign. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency. **Analytics and Reporting:** - Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization. - Provide reports on social media activity and analytics. - Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports. **Community Engagement:** - Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews. - Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness. **Advertising:** - Oversee and manage social media ad campaigns. - Budgeting for social media activities and advertising. **Education:** - Bachelor rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field. **Experience:** - Proven experience as a Digital and Social Media Coordinator or similar role. - Experience with social media platforms, tools, and analytics. - Evidence of proven successful campaigns with sales / growth **Skills:** - Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, Google and other social media best practices. - Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics. - Good understanding of social media KPIs. - Familiarity with web design and publishing. - Excellent multitasking skills. - Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. - Team player. - Good time-management skills. - Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills. - Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). ### **Desirable:** - Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). - Knowledge of HTML and CSS. - Knowledge of the UK Marketing market **Working Conditions:** - Part time remote position. - Payroll or self employed available as required **Application Process:** Please submit your CV along with a brief summary detailing your relevant experience and financial outcomes for a minimum of 3 campaigns
