Salary Benefits: Working for a firm of Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors ndash; the Accounts Senior salary range is GBP45-55,000 per annum; 29 days annual leave including bank holidays, pension and flexible benefits. Core hours 9am to 5.15pm, 1 hour for lunch daily. The Employer: A long established, forward thinking, independent firm of Chartered Accountants, acting for 800+ clients ranging from high-net-worth individuals to large corporations is expanding and now looking to appoint a qualified by experience or newly qualified ACA/ACCA accountant to the position of Accounts Senior. Opportunity to progress within the firm. The Role: Preparation of complex accounts and corporation tax returns Assistance with delivery of management accounts Ensuring deadlines are met in a timely manner Liaise with other departments, bookkeeping, payroll and personal tax to provide a full range of services Liaise with HMRC Mentoring of junior team members Building relationships with client and reviewing on a regular basis, ensuring they are getting the support they need Report to Client Managers or directly to the Partners depending on experience Key applicant requirements: Qualified by experience or newly qualified ACA/ACCA Good general practice and commerciality understanding Experience gained within accounting practice environment Demonstrable working knowledge of accounting standards and tax matters Comfortable client facing Happy to assist, manage and mentor trainees Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to commute to and work from an office base in Camberley in Surrey Driving license Application process: Please submit a CV to Lorna Dane here.
