Recruitment consultant

Search Consultancy are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join them on a permanent basis to support the growth of our Customer Service, Internal Sales and Business Support divisions covering the south of the UK. This role is a sales based role where you will work with existing clients as well as grow your own business. Description: * Build rapport with candidates and clients * Create new business opportunities through creating a marketing plan to successfully win new business * Maximise on existing business opportunities * Attend client meetings to pitch for new business * Interview prospective candidates for new roles as well as presenting them to prospective businesses * Provide a high class services to everyone via phone, email and face to face * Advise and consult with clients on trends Experience within recruitment is not essential to be considered for this role.
