Recruitment resourcer

Search Consultancy are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to initially join us on an ongoing temporary basis with the idea of going permanent and progressing into a Consultant role if that is the route you want to take. The overall responsibility of this role is to support the team through sourcing relevant candidates for a variety of roles and supporting the manager with administrative tasks as and when needed. This role is based in our Gatwick office at The Beehive and Monday - Friday. Role responsibilities: * Sourcing talent for the right role * Interviewing candidates to ensure the right match is made * Managing the interview process and offer process * Supporting the manager with specific clients who require volume hires * Supporting with administrative tasks including through email, setting up interviews and ensure candidate submission details are correct Experience isn #39;t needed for this role as we will invest in your training and development through our competitive training programmes.
