Customer Team Leader Walsall GBP20 per hour (umbrella) Full Time Contract ( 6 months long) Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Customer Team Leader in Walsall. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours. The employer can offer hybrid working. The job: To lead and oversee an operational team of customer advisers, ensuring they deliver a high level of customer experience while promoting a positive working culture and championing new ways of working To identify and develop opportunities for continuous improvement and the use of digital channels for customer access and management.
