Year 1 2 Teaching Assistant ndash; Hulme, Manchester Educate GM rsquo;s partner school in Hulme, Manchester are searching for a KS1 Teaching Assistant (working between Year 1 2) to join their nurturing and diverse school. The role is full-time, for the full academic year and will commence from September 2024, with the possibility of a permanent position becoming available the following year. This fantastic opportunity will pay GBP85 - GBP95 depending on experience. You will join a successful and highly regarded school within inner city Manchester where children flourish. The school has supportive staff members who are passionate about high standards and working as part of a team. The school is very passionate about staff development, and you will be supported to excel in your role. You will be working alongside an experienced class teacher, helping prepare lesson materials, and set up and tidy classrooms for lessons. Help pupils succeed both academically and personally. To be successful in this role you will need: * Level 1 ndash;3 Teaching Assistant Qualification or working towards this. * Experience in teaching in EYSF and/or KS1/2 * Great behaviour management * Positive attitude through challenging times * A genuine passion to support each child to reach their true potential. * All candidates must have a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check (DBS) * Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained. * You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
