Andy File Associates Limited is working as a Recruitment Agency on behalf of our client with regards this permanent role of European Brand Manager Job title: European Brand Manager Reporting to : the Brand Leader Our client is a design, innovation and manufacturing company that produces products for the lifestyle leisure vehicle market, including E-go Movers, Full Stop Security products. A Design led company that has always sought to provide innovative and affordable solutions based on the needs of the market and not the direction of the competition. Role Purpose: * Effectively manage the current European Dealer Network. * Increase the European Dealer Network ndash; initially targeting blackspot areas. * Increase sales of the Camper throughout Europe ndash; aim to hit and exceed sales targets. * Provide dealer training ndash; product, sales, aftersales, handover etc. * First point of contact for current dealers, seek new business with potential dealerships and promote the Camper through all available channels to increase sales. * Process all European orders. * Manage lead generation. * Providing language support for European customers. * Frequent travel across Europe to current and potential dealers ndash; form route plans, research potential dealerships ndash; use a planner system to convert. * Management of European exhibitions (dealer presence), pre-stocking, dealer open weekends etc. Accountabilities - First point of contact for all European enquiries (phone/email/EU enquiries info inbox/post). - Manage brochure downloads and follow ups ndash; obtain reports from dealerships on productivity, leads targeted, conversions. - Arrange deliveries to European dealer network. - Work with marketing department to plan European marketing budget ndash; increasing brand awareness and sales generation. - Regularly visit and support existing dealers. - Continually seek out new dealer opportunities. - Provide marketing department with details of POS materials required ndash; including translations. - Ensure the camper is displayed in the most advantageous manner at dealerships and exhibitions. - Ensure dealers are aware of the product USPs and push the product to potential customers. - Ensure dealers are listed with correct information on websites. - Add all orders to 365 Dynamics ndash; provide dealer with sales quote, gain approval, and pass to Brand Leader for processing. - Explore and trial new routes to market ndash; regular discussions and development plans with Brand Leader. - Plan, approve and monitor monthly sales targets ndash; ensure sufficient growth to cover targets. - Exhibition work is likely to involve setup and pack down of stands, towing units to the location and sometimes involve weekends with time off in lieu of return for weekend work. - Provide dealership training and on-going support. - Responsible for arranging shipping of units to Europe ndash; obtain quotes, gain approval from dealerships, confirm with haulage company. - Assisting with TUV and COC paperwork. - Provide language support as and when required. - Provide feedback to Brand Leader if concerns about dealers rsquo; viability are raised. - Effective management and conversion of leads - Regular travel to Europe to meet existing and seek new customers. Time to be split between office and Europe visits. Requirements Multilingual ndash; particularly German. Demonstrate experience in a sales environment and the differences in the European markets. Direct sales experience. Willing to organise/attend exhibitions. Excellent telephone manner. A ldquo;can-do rdquo; attitude. Demonstrate ownership of customers, products, and problems. Able to work occasional weekends. Full, Clean Driving License ndash; towing a trailer to be expected. (B+E licence maybe required) Ability to travel at short notice/longer periods. Working Hours: Typically, 40 hours per week ndash; frequent travel throughout Europe ndash; including dealer visits, exhibitions etc. Benefits and other information Holidays As a full-time employee, you are entitled to 20 + Sats.
