Receptionist

Job Type: Full-time Pay: - GBP12.00-GBP14.00 p/h depending on experience Location: - Deeside Hours: - Monday-Friday 9-5pm Russell Taylor Group have a receptionist role available within a Global Testing facility. This role is a temporary contract of 6 months, but there is potential for this to extend or gain a permanent contract with our client. This is an onsite role Monday-Friday 9-5pm with a 30-minute lunch break, with a 15-minute break mid-morning and in the afternoon. Responsibilities: Greet visitors at reception- Ensuring that visitors needs are met and are directed to the correct area. Take and direct phone calls Check visitors out Provide general administrative support Maintain a clean and organised reception area The Person: Must be confident to greet visitors and take direct phone calls Previous Reception/secretary experience - essential Presentable as you will be the face of the company for all visitors Friendly and approachable Computer literate; Word Excel predominately Need to have own form of transport due to location of the role.
