Quantity Surveyor ndash; RC Frame and Groundworks North London GBP60,000 - GBP80,000 About the company The business has been trading for over 25 years, remains privately owned and is currently turning over around GBP90 million per annum specialising with in reinforced concrete frames, groundworks, basement construction and demolition. About the role Due to healthy order books and company expansion, there is need for a degree qualified Quantity Surveyor to support the Commercial Department on projects ranging from GBP5m - GBP50m. As the Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of costs with an end goal of maximising the project profit margin and ensuring delivery of payment whilst developing future client relationships. About the requirements * This role is best suited to an experienced Quantity Surveyor with demonstrable skills developed with a civil engineering or RC Frame and groundwork contractor. * Ideally be Degree educated within Quantity Surveying. * 2+ years experience with a Civil or RC Frame and Groundwork contractor.
