Sen teaching assistants

This role involves helping students aged 9-19 with Learning Difficulties, Social Emotional Mental Health Needs, and Emotional Behavioural Difficulties. #x1F3EB; About the Role: Location: Chobham, Surrey Daily Rate: GBP100 per day Contract Type: Long-Term Start Date: Immediate Duration: Monday - Friday (Full-Time) #x1F50D; Key Responsibilities: Support individuals and groups of students, ensuring they stay on task and complete activities set by the teacher. Address behavioural and special needs issues in collaboration with the teacher. Assist the class teacher with implementing lesson plans and activities. Lead small groups of students in defined activities. Ensure the safety and access to learning activities for all pupils. Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans Foster positive student-teacher relationships. #x1F3AF; Ideal Candidate: Experience working with Learning Difficulties, SEMH, and/or EBD. Proven ability to manage challenging or confrontational behavior. Experience working with young people is a plus. Valid and Enhanced Child or Child and Adult DBS check registered on the update service. Own transport is ideal due to the school #39;s location.
