Mechanical Site Manager ndash; Freelance 6 months ndash; Watford ndash; circa GBP290 per day ndash; Start June 2024 AndersElite are seeking a Mechanical Site Manager on a freelance basis to work for a key client in Watford. This is a site based role, five days per week (Mon-Fri), on a de-carbonisation project. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing all elements of the mechanical works, specifically installing air and water source heat pumps, and connecting pre-fabricated plant rooms. This will be until the completion of the project which is expected to be Christmas 2024. Following this there will be more projects to manage in the Greater London area and the potential to take permanent employment if this suits all parties. Our client is well established in the UK building services market, so this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a thriving business with a guaranteed future workflow within the government funded carbon neutral framework. This position is available from May 28th 2024 or ASAP thereafter. It is advantageous for candidates to possess relevant qualifications, including SMSTS / SSSTS / CSCS for site management, in order to apply for this role. It is expected that suitable candidates will be offered circa GBP290 per day at the commencement of this role which will initially be freelance / self employed.
