Fleet compliance administrator

Fleet Administrator Salary: GBP25,000 ndash; GBP27,000 Location: Chesterfield Are you a driven and organised person? Are you on the hunt for an exciting and diverse role? Do you have fleet administration experience at high volumes? Then this is the career for you! You rsquo;ll be a key part in a team of 4 for a major gas company across the UK. Whilst based at Head Office, you rsquo;ll have the opportunity to travel between multiple depots across the country gaining valuable insight into how an established gas company functions. Essentially, you rsquo;ll have main oversight of the fleet and driving functions. Taking high attention to compliance when handling key components in the process including: Maintaining vehicle files, fuel cards, vehicle defect logs and no-access logs Driving license checks through use of a bespoke system Validating truck visits ensuring customers have been visited Along with previous experience in an administration role, you rsquo;ll need excellent attention to detail, and organisational skills to thrive in this role. It rsquo;s also preferred if you have active knowledge of fleet, transport and logistics.
