Recruitment specialist

We are looking for at least one new recruitment specialist to join the team and take ownership of their own clients, campaigns, and candidates. Previous experience in recruitment is not essential but desirable. As recruitment specialist you will be: * Working on a range of roles, taking ownership of the end-to-end recruitment campaigns to help our clients build brilliant teams * Working with a wide variety of candidates to support them in finding their next brilliant role * Actively networking throughout Greater Peterborough and further afield to share the ACR story and win new clients to support our growth plan We believe we work to the highest standards, tirelessly matching the clients brief to the candidates #39; skills, capabilities, and career goals, and are looking to build recruitment professionals that buy fully into this quality focused approach.
