Senior quantity surveyor

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior QS to join one of our clients, a very well established main building contractor in Swindon, who are looking for someone to work as part of a team managing commercial projects in the Swindon, Oxford or Reading areas. Projects are generally of a commercial build nature, and they currently have a pipeline of work around GBP70 million in value locally. The role will involve having management responsibilities for a small team of more junior surveyors and report to the commercial director on all issues. You will also play a key role in the overall commercial delivery of the project.
