National account manager fmcg

This is a truly exciting opportunity to join an incredible, fast growing FMCG brand who are now looking for another National Account Manager to work across their Out of Home channel. The aim of this role is grow distribution by winning new business, spotting opportunities and also nurturing existing relationships too. This is a hybrid role, working from Head Office in London 2 or 3 days a week as a minimum. There is a bonus scheme that comes with this role too, based on your personal performance against agreed KPI #39;s The role: bull; Winning new business, working to agreed targets and KPI #39;s to ensure success bull; Working closely with trade marketing to drive trial and awareness of the brand and range of products bull; Work with wholesalers, buying groups and industry experts to always have a full pipeline of opportunities bull; Create and maintain exceptional relationships with customers and internal functions bull; Manage and grow our key existing icon accounts and wholesalers bull; Attend key industry events to grow awareness of the brand and help win more business bull; Ownership and accountability of your targets and customer P Ls Skills Experience Required: bull; Ideal applicants will have around 2 years FMCG experience as a National Account Manager, with a proven track record of winning new business bull; Excited about the opportunity to win new business, develop and own the growth of this channel bull; You #39;ll need to be curious, a brilliant listener, who seeks to understand more about our retailers and how we can help them win bull; You never give in, you find a way to win in the right way and don rsquo;t stop at the first no bull; Accountability: You are empowered to lead your channel and don rsquo;t wait to be asked bull; You #39;ll be great at problem solving and will have experience of using creative ways to engage with buyers and then turn that engagement into a listing bull; You must have a brilliant commercial understanding of the P L, and know how to sell and negotiate effectively bull; You can simplify complex messages into a clear, concise, exciting story bull; You will need to be able to build excellent rapport with customers and colleagues to help build trust and achieve outstanding results
