They are looking for a Qualified Nursery Practitioner to come in and help support the growth they are seeing. This setting takes a holistic approach to childcare, allowing children freedom to play and learn independently with an emphasis on outdoor learning! Key Responsibilities Have a genuine passion for the Early Years sector Deliver outstanding learning opportunities and exceptional care Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children Ensuring that the children have access to appropriate activities to support their physical, emotional, social and intellectual development whilst being aware of families rsquo; ethnic, cultural and linguistic development. Ensuring that children are supported but have freedom to play at all times and take part in available activities with minimal adult involvement or participation.
