Provide individualized care and attention tailored to each student #39;s needs. Adapt instructional strategies to meet diverse learning requirements. Create a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and empowered to succeed. #x1F393; Qualifications and Skills: Experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or similar role is desirable. Relevant certifications or qualifications in SEN are advantageous. Excellent communication, empathy, and teamwork skills.
