Conveyancing Solicitor | Central London | 9:30 am ndash; 5:30 pm, Mon-Fri | GBP35,000.00-GBP45,000.00 pa RHJ Devonshire Solicitors have an exciting position available for a Conveyancing Solicitor based in Central London to join their Residential Property team. Ideally, the successful candidates will have experience in all residential transactions e.g. freehold sales, leasehold sales, freehold purchases, leasehold purchases, new build properties, transfer of equity, re-mortgages and non-statutory lease extensions. The ideal candidate will enjoy a good volume of middle to high-end work and have a strong reputation across the broad range of residential property work including sales, acquisitions, banking finance, leasing and asset management.
