We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Maths Lecturers to join them in time for September 2024. Due to increased student numbers, we have four vacancies available across various campuses included below here. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching in Maths and contributing actively to the development of students #39; skills and knowledge. Locations and Hours: 22.2 hours x 52 Weeks in Redditch and Bromsgrove 18.5 hours x 52 Weeks in Redditch 18.5 hours x 52 Weeks in Worcester 37 hours x 52 Weeks in Worcester (Maternity Cover) Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and effective teaching across a variety of Maths programmes. Conduct initial and diagnostic assessments of learners to determine starting points and develop tailored learning plans. Provide timely and constructive feedback to support learners #39; progress. Teach an agreed programme of hours across multiple campuses, including revision and intervention sessions. Collaborate with the Maths and English team to raise learner aspirations and improve achievements. Maintain and manage accurate records and perform administrative tasks in line with educational standards. What You Need A degree in Maths or a related field. Knowledge and ideally experience in teaching the GCSE curriculum. A relevant teaching qualification or a willingness to obtain one. Excellent organisational and communicative skills. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults. What #39;s in it for You?
