Project coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to support a large framework agreement involving multiple projects that will contribute to Dockyard infrastructure upgrades. The role will be based out of our client #39;s head office in Southampton. Key Responsibilities Assist with the maintenance of project-related documents and spreadsheets Issue certificates for materials, etc Support the writing of project plans and insert relevant documents into them Coordinate project schedules and timelines Collaborate with internal team members and external stakeholders Monitor project progress and report on key metrics Ensure adherence to project budgets and deadlines Job Requirements Experience in project coordination, particularly within an engineering/manufacturing environment Proficiency in Microsoft Project Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritise workload An understanding of the maritime industry would be beneficial How to Apply If you have the required experience and skills for this Project Coordinator opportunity in the marine sector, please apply now
