Job Title: Applications Engineer The Position In this role, you will provide proactive and customer-oriented pre / post-sales technical support to external customers. Additionally, you will support internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and solutions. During the support process, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, to ensure the timely resolution of complex technical problems. You will conduct in-depth assessments of customer needs, considering factors such as technical specifications and operational requirements. By leveraging your technical expertise, you will create comprehensive support strategies tailored to meet each client #39;s specific needs. You will work in a highly collaborative and supportive environment with a nationwide office network. You will also have the opportunity for a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you the flexibility to work remotely 3-4 days a week. Additionally, you should have extensive experience in process control and automation, having worked on sophisticated projects that encompass a wide range of advanced technologies. Your background should include substantial exposure to robotics, drive / servo systems, PLCs, SCADA, human-machine interfaces (HMIs), sensors and actuators, as well as advanced control algorithms and software.
