We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Mortgage Administrator to join their expanding team and contribute to continued success. Key Responsibilities: * Speaking with new clients to understand their funding requirements * Managing lending applications for submission to the extensive lending panel * Work closely with lenders to produce key financial documentation required to complete client transactions * Building strong internal and external relationships * Processing, completing, and checking regulated financial documents * Responding to customer queries via email and telephone * Make proactive customer calls (Related to service) The successful candidate will have: * At least 1 years rsquo; experience in mortgage administration. * Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative to prioritise workload * Attention to detail and excellent telephone manner required. * Excellent planning and organisational skills * Competent in Word, Outlook and Excel with willingness to learn new systems.
