Accounts assistant

We are working exclusively with this client who is actively looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team. You will be a detail orientated candidate who will play a crucial role in supporting the company #39;s financial operations and to ensure the accuracy in their accounting processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in accounting software and financial services to contribute to this growing organisation. Responsibilities: - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions - Process accounts payable and receivable invoices - Assist with bank reconciliations and financial statement preparation - Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks - Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis - Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects as needed Skills: - Proficiency in accounting software - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes - Familiarity with financial statement preparation In return the company offer a salary of between GBP23000 - GBP25000, free car parking, pension, discounted products and an annual bonus.
