Requirements- Primary ECT Teacher: * A recognised teaching qualification and QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in primary education. * Newly qualified teachers are encouraged to apply; however, experienced ECTs are also welcome. * Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and an ability to deliver engaging and differentiated lessons. * Excellent classroom management skills, fostering a positive learning environment. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues, students, and parents. * Dedication to continuous professional development and a passion for lifelong learning.
