Key Responsibilities: * Perform central heating repairs and maintenance. * Conduct boiler servicing. * Issue landlord gas safety certificates. * Handle general plumbing repairs and maintenance in rental and privately owned properties. Ideal Candidate: * Gas Safe registered with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. * Qualified general domestic plumbing and heating engineer. Typical Duties: * Landlord Gas Safety checks. * Boiler servicing. * Central heating maintenance. * Cylinder and tank upgrades. * General plumbing tasks. * Leak investigation and repair. Requirements: * Certifications: CCN1, CPA1, CKR1, HTR1, CENWAT. * LPG qualification (not essential). * Minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience (preferred). * Full UK driving license. * Punctual and reliable. * Excellent interpersonal skills. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. * Strong time management skills. * Self-motivated.
