As a Teacher of Design Technology, you will have experience in teaching all core areas of the subject, with up-to-date subject knowledge and a commitment to providing insightful and engaging lessons for all learners. You will be responsible for teaching years 7-11, to include exam groups and you will be needed to support learners of all abilities, helping them achieve their full potential, building confidence and achieving success acadmilcally. Responsibilities to include: Teaching across all age ability ranges Maintaining up-to-date subject knowledge Lesson planning Evaluating progress of students Follow school policies This role is for a September 2024 start, and can be offered on either a full-time or 0.8 FTE, and would suit both ECTs or more experienced teachers. Initially this is likely to be a contract position, with the possibility of a permanent placement for the right candidate.
