Office and warehouse assistant

Red Recruitment Group are urgently seeking an experienced Office and Warehouse Assistant for our National client in Ibrox, Glasgow. The main duties will be a split of 50% office based responsibilities, answering client incoming calls, dealing with customer service queries regarding deliveries, and new orders, resolving any issues in a calm and professional customer services manner. The other 50% of your duties involved in the role are to work in the warehouse environment, order picking items for despatch, off loading and loading delivery vehicles, putting stock away in the warehouse racking, and any other general warehouse related requirements as instructed by the depot manager. The hours of work are 08:00am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday Plus every other Saturday 08:00am - 1:00pm. GBP11.44 per hour / GBP26,769 per year basic 2 weeks temp to permanent opportunity with immediate interview and start available.
