About the role: As a Life Science Administrator, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for the day-to-day operation of our client #39;s main enquiry contact channels. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer queries at first contact, logging and monitoring queries, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. You will have the opportunity to contribute to service improvement initiatives and work closely with colleagues across the organisation. Key responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service in all interactions with internal and external customers Resolve customer queries at first contact whenever possible, explaining next steps if required Monitor and follow up on unresolved queries, escalating where necessary Collaborate with colleagues to provide a single clear response to customer enquiries Utilise systems and resources effectively to process customer enquiries and maintain accurate records Establish and maintain effective working relationships within a diverse team Contribute to service improvement and drive enhancements in customer experience Adhere to professional standards in enquiry handling and data protection regulationsRequirements: Previous customer service experience, ideally within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry Life Science Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience Strong IT skills, including MS Office and databasesWhy join our client #39;s team? - Make a difference: Your work will contribute to the improvement of public health on a global scale. - Professional development: Our client values continuous learning and growth.
