Administrator / Commercial Assistant Southall GBP12ph / GBP13ph Full Time ndash; Temporary Contract We are currently seeking a hands-on and highly organised individual to assist our client on a temporary and ongoing basis with administrative and project support. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global brand and our client requires someone who has fantastic attention to detail and is willing to get stuck into more hands-on tasks and providing support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Job duties: Administrative support to senior team members Monitoring and ordering supplies for assessments Processing orders Collating information and data Preparing assessment rooms and ensuring assessments are completed and rooms are cleared out after Supporting the coordination of projects and day-to-operations Requirements: Excellent MS Excel skills Strong communication skills Experience within an administrative role Fantastic attention to detail Please note that this is a temporary and office based role on a full time basis.
