Supported housing co ordinator

BDS are currently recruiting for a Supported Housing Co-Ordinator based in the Newcastle area. We are looking for someone with a friendly and happy demeanour to be the first point of contact for the residents of the service. Hours; 37 per week- Monday Friday 9am- 5pm Duration ndash; Temp to perm Salary- Between GBP24,000- GBP25,000 per annum Main duties * Speaking with the residents daily * Signposting information on other services, in and around the area. * Checking the property for any repairs and reporting these as required, * Overseeing the service to ensure the smooth running. * Involving the residents in activities within the service * Arranging activities for the residents of the service, fish and chip nights, scrabble nights or even a game of cards, * Health and safety checks and fire alarm panel checks, The ideal candidate will have an understanding of IT and systems Apply now for immediate consideration
