Mechanical project manager

Brookfield M E are currently representing a well-known M E building services contractor based in London. Due to securing two new commercial CAT A ndash; CAT B fit out projects In central London our client are currently looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to join the team and manage these contracts, both projects are full mechanical services installations including LTHW, HIUs and Air conditioning systems. The projects are ranging from GBP500k - GBP2.5m We are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager who has similar experience working with a M E building services contractor. Previous experience working with tier 1/ tier 2 clients would be beneficial. * Working with Designers * Pricing Schedules * Procurement * Client Liaison * Working to Program * Managing multiple projects and Mechanical Packages * Running a team of 4 Mechanical Pms * Co-coordinating with Electrical team. * Dealing with Clients and Customers * Technical Reviews * Look ahead * Managing site team and sub-contractors * Implementing health and safety procedures This is a fantastic opportunity for a Mechanical Contracts Manager to work for an established M E contractor with a great reputation in the M E market.
