Building Surveys: Conduct comprehensive building surveys, assessments, and inspections, providing expert advice to clients. Client Management: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering high-quality solutions. Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a high level of technical proficiency in building surveying, staying abreast of industry best practices and innovations. Qualifications and Skills: Chartered Building Surveyor with MRICS status. Proven experience in managing large-scale commercial projects.
