They are looking for a driven and competent structural engineer, which could be at Senior or Associate level, able to assist less experienced engineers with technical queries/support. They are aiming to grow the business over the coming years so a willingness to assist with business activities and to participate in their #39;future leader #39; programme would be an advantage. Their workload is exceptionally varied, so you should be keen to design in a variety of sectors. Projects include refurbishment and new builds, retail buildings, aviation, residential, transport sector projects, commercial, industrial and science and research buildings. They keep up to date with the latest technology, often work with top architects, and are a very sociable place to work, with an excellent staff retention rate. All staff are client facing, take responsibly, gain varied project exposure and they are a very social team.
