As a Customer Service Representative, you #39;ll play a key role in delivering market-leading service excellence to our customers and advisors. What You #39;ll Do: Here #39;s what you #39;ll be responsible for: Taking ownership of end-to-end processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Maintaining accurate company records to meet legislative and customer needs. Developing and maintaining technical product knowledge to support colleagues and achieve department objectives. Handling incoming telephone enquiries across our product range, documenting resolutions accurately and effectively. Building and maintaining relationships with advisers and other business areas. Investigating and resolving complaints and queries, ensuring compliance with regulatory procedures. Contributing to the continuous improvement and development of the team, reviewing procedures and enhancing service standards. Desired Skills and Qualifications: Diligent and conscientious, with excellent attention to detail. Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service. A proactive can do attitude and excellent communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work under pressure. Intermediate knowledge and experience of MS Office. Minimum of 5 A*-C GCSEs, including English and Maths (essential).
