Mechanical component assembler

Do you have experience of building and assembling a range of components and small mechanical parts? Can you competently use manual lathes to make components? The successful Mechanical Component Assembler will join the workshop team of a market leader in the design and manufacture of robotic products. Great salary on offer up to CGBP34k + good benefits. In this Mechanical Component Assembly role you will work to mechanical drawings to assemble components; will build and assemble robotic equipment as well as using manual lathes and mills to make components. Attention to detail is essential and you should also bring experience of planning and work well with other team members. Requirements for the Mechanical Component Assembler include: * Apprenticeship or qualification in Mechanical Engineering. * The ability to read mechanical drawings. * Experience using manual Mills or Lathes to make components. * Experience Assembling and building motors and drives and ideally some robot assembly. * Attention to detail. The mechanical component Assembler must have full eligibility to work in the UK.
