We #39;re looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor a Project Quantity Surveyor on behalf of our client, a Tier 1 M E contractor Location: Bicester, Oxford - hybrid working, between site, office and remote. Project is a large new build prison. Years of work. Contract: Permanent, Full Time. Responsibilities Are you looking for the next step in you #39;re career? As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you #39;ll be working within the M E Division delivering a key Project in Bicester. Your day to day will include: * Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project * Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities * Liaise with clients, contractors and subcontractors to ensure the budget requirements are met Skill Set * Have experience from a similar role within the construction M E industry. * Are proficient in the use of MS Office, with a focus on Excel. * Are degree qualified and able to demonstrate strong communication.
