Job Title: Project Manager Location: Birmingham Salary: GBP43,000 to GBP50,000 per annum Hours of Work: 40 Hours Monday - Friday Type: Permanent Start Date: Immediately (flexible for notice periods) We are hiring for a Construction Project Manager for a property developer based in Birmingham. Duties of an Project Manager Hands on assistance and general building duties. Overseeing various small works. Maintaining construction standards across all projects. Managing activities of all site operatives. It is essential that you have the following experience, licence or skills; 5-years relevant experience. Commercial fit-out experience. General building knowledge and experience on the tools. Strong understanding and adherence to Health and Safety best practice. Full Drivers Licence. This clients offers: Free Parking.
