Commercial manager

A Commercial Manager is required in an established Architectural Steel company based in Northern Ireland. Key Responsibilities: Reporting on Projects Cost management Accurate cashflow forecasting Monthly commercial performance CVR (Cost Value Reconciliation) Weekly Reviews with each department, Design, Procurement, Fabrication, installation management Issue monthly applications (AFP #39;s) In depth review of ENVFAB #39;s commercial processes, update and deliver across the business Full understanding of Contract / T Cs Ensure all RISKS are understood for the relevant departments Building good client relationships Working closely with Operation / account departments Pricing Variations Helping to secure new works VIA the bidding Process. Working with the estimators Job details Package: Over 10 years #39; experience in metalwork / construction. Able to apply the required processes and documentation of either NEC / JTC.
