School administrator

School Administrator GBP14.00 - GBP15.00 per hour Twenty 4 seven education are currently recruiting for School Administrators to work in some of our Birmingham schools. Applicants must have some school administration experience and be proficient on school systems. However, applicants with strong administration experience in a similar sector will also be considered but you must have the drive and enthusiasm to learn new skills and can adapt quickly. You must also be willing to work on a TEMPORARY basis and work between the hours of 8:00a.m. 4:30p.m. There will be full time and part time positions available throughout the School year which run for a variety amount of time. There may also be an opportunity to move to a permanent contract within the Schools although this is not guaranteed. As a School Administrator your day to day responsibilities will include but not limited to: laquo; Inputting details onto school software laquo; Answering phones and taking messages laquo; Typing of letters and memos laquo; Filing, faxing and photocopying laquo; Dealing with parents and pupils You must be: laquo; Proactive laquo; Hardworking laquo; Used to working to strict deadlines laquo; Not afraid to take on new tasks laquo; Able to multi task laquo; Outgoing and have a friendly personality To be able to be considered for these amazing positions, applicants must either have a DBS that is on the update service or be willing to pay GBP47.50 for a new one
